Educate yourself in massage and relaxation techniques, swim, dance, run, jog, walk, row, hop, step, climb, swing, mime, tai chi, yoga, feel fine, body/mind connections, stress reduction, dynamic tension, work up a sweat and relaxation. Eat, sleep and be merry.

Most of our body is composed of water – so drink copiously of the life source. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables -the less processed the better. Educate yourself on nutrition. Exercise. Have Fun!..jump rope..dance,,dance..dance..it’s all a dance..running dance..jogging dance..yoga dance..bicycle dance..etc..(you get the idea!!)

 

The emphasis is on prevention and maintenance rather than cure. You are responsible for your well being, both physical and emotional.

 

Do the best you can for your physical body – it is only a vessel for the spirit.

 

Proper diet, proper thoughts, right livelihood and action, show compassion, share, and enjoy. Life is celebration.

 

Diet For A Good Life

 

There is no one diet for every human as each being is unique. But, in general:

 

Plenty of fluids, waters and juices

 

Fresh fruits and vegetables -the less processed the better

 

Eat in moderation. Moderation in all the appetites. Most of our disease is from over-eating.

The older we are, the less food we require.

 

Stop eating before you are sated

 

mostly vegetarian..organic, local, fish and meat in moderation..remember: every human is unique..and what works for one..does not always work for another..

 

Enjoy your meal and give thanks

Slow (not fast!) once a week. Mostly water, juices, fresh salad, fruits.

Spring cleaning once a year. A cleansing diet for 7 days.
